Job description:

  • Work closely with the Head of SG Marketing to identify, prioritise and execute on the most important initiatives with the highest business impact
  • Leading project teams to implement key strategic initiatives from end-to-end
  • Driving problem solving and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis on key business issues
  • Developing KPIs and performance reporting to facilitate management decision making
  • Engage with C-Level / senior leadership within Shopee to drive key agenda and initiatives
  • Representing Shopee SG Marketing to interface with
    • All departments across Shopee SG
    • Regional marketing teams
    • Marketing Heads and PICs across all Shopee offices

 

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a high performing organization or as a management consultant
  • Background in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is a plus
  • Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Result oriented with bias for hands-on execution
  • Advanced Excel skills and high degree of comfort with numbers; knowledge in SQL is a plus
  • Good degree from recognized university; MBA is a plus
