Job Description:
- Take recording sampling from Quality Assurance officers
- Analyse and evaluate Quality Assurance officers' job performance based on data and recommend action
- Provide reports related to the quality score of all Quality Assurance officers on an ongoing basis
- Provide coaching for Quality Assurance officers
- Regular calibration with the Trainers and Team Leaders
- Regular morning briefing with Quality Assurance officers
- Handle ad hoc Quality Assurance related works
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree from any major
- At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader of Quality Assurance within the Collection area
- Collection oriented
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, calm, fast adapt, and agile
