Job Description:

  • Take recording sampling from Quality Assurance officers
  • Analyse and evaluate Quality Assurance officers' job performance based on data and recommend action
  • Provide reports related to the quality score of all Quality Assurance officers on an ongoing basis
  • Provide coaching for Quality Assurance officers
  • Regular calibration with the Trainers and Team Leaders
  • Regular morning briefing with Quality Assurance officers
  • Handle ad hoc Quality Assurance related works


  • Minimum Diploma degree from any major
  • At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader of Quality Assurance within the Collection area
  • Collection oriented
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, calm, fast adapt, and agile
