What You Will Learn:
  • Support the execution of talent recruitment programs
  • Participate in the program recruitment process which involves interview scheduling, screening and sourcing for ideal candidates
  • Assist in the publicity and execution of virtual events as part of the recruitment process
  • Prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of talent recruitment programs
  • Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager


What We Look For:

  • Currently studying in a recognized institution. Preferably studying Business or Human Resources
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as MS Excel and Powerpoint
