Job Description:

Leadership Meeting Management and Facilitation

  • Propose and align on key topics
  • Coordinate cross-functional input and follow-ups
  • Lead material preparation and compilation
  • Help establish priorities and set goals for teams
  • Drive accountability with metrics and reports
  • Identify and pilot process improvements as needed

Project Management

  • Conduct project quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional team participation
  • Manage multiple project stakeholders
  • Provide project status updates
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager as needed

Performance Management

  • Develop quantitative plans and forecasts
  • Analyze business and/or process performance
  • Conduct and guide root-cause analysis
  • Coordinate cross-functional input
  • Communicate results and drive action

Requirements:

  • 3 years professional experience
  • Analytical and project management skills
  • Good business judgment
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Experience interacting with senior leaders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Work well under pressure
  • Independent team player
