Objectives

Assist Business Development Head to build a professional and high competent BD team through build training documents, training   campaign, training project & work closely with Sub-Function Leads to deploy them.

Key Responsibilities

Training Need Analysis

  • Meeting with stakeholders for interview development needs
  • Analysis Assessment result
  • Competencies survey and analysis to identify training need
  • On-the-Job observation and analysis

Training Delivery

  • Conduct effective training / coaching sessions on the
  • Observe and provide feedback to improve training program, training delivery quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow training delivery service standards, result and post training follow up - Develop digitalize training materials

Others

  • Develop and evaluate the effectiveness of BD functional Onboarding program for new hires
  • Collaborate with HRBP to deploy the BD engagement/ recognition programs
  • Coordinate with corporate L&D team to implement other training programs –
  • Other tasks related to BD workforce planning assigned by Line Manager

Job requirements:

  • At least 4 years in BD/Sales training function
  • Presentation & coaching
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Power Point)
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Willing to travel
  • E-commerce Industry knowledge is preferable
