Job Description:

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
  • Work with subject matter experts and gain detailed insight on intended audience, technological and media requirements and recommend instructional methods
  • Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts. State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Design and develop SCORM compliant e-Learning content using digital learning technologies such as Articulate Storyline
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, infographics, games, etc) and develop assessment instruments
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders      
  • Ensure training programs are designed, managed and developed with high quality, on time, and in compliance with the Learning & Development SOP.
  • Other tasks / projects assigned by Manager



  • Good university degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good commands of English to adapt regional content to Vietnam
  • Passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Highly detail-oriented and organised, and is an efficient multi-tasker
  • Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together with us
  • Able to manage stakeholders’ needs professionally while communicating effectively with them
  • Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, course development software and at least one Learning Management System
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS (preferred), visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Visualization of data, graphics, the user interface and the finished product
  • Designing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
