Responsibility
  • Responsibility to ensure success of onboarding new sellers to platform
  • Educating sellers on Shopee features, throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to Shopee tools, campaigns, and mechanics
  • Building good relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
  • Lead and manage project assigned to improve commercial operations 
  • Coordinate with related functions and ensure operations to run smoothly
  • Provide data support and analyse meaningful insights for Business Development team related seller acquisition 
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
  • Track progress and customize report with insightful recommendation to team lead
  • Drive team performance to meet standard 
  • Educate commercial team and provide appropriate guidance to solve daily problem
  • Support and assist commercial team as requested
Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree in in any related fields  
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experiences (experience as a Sales Team lead is a plus)   
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in Thai and English 
  • Technical skill: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Salesforce 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Be able to think logically
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
