Job Description:

  • Implement and execute the business development and growth strategy in cluster level
  • Track, analyze and reevaluate impact of each initiative on cluster KPIs
  • Support Cluster Category Management in executing all cluster initiatives and campaigns as well as assigned platform-wide strategic initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate within assigned cluster as well as cross-functional team to ensure smooth execution of all platform and cluster initiatives



  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields
  • Ideally 0-2 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales and account management, experience in eCommerce and/or consulting is a plus
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
