Job Description:

  • Lead development and execution of growth strategy in cluster level
  • Lead Marketing campaign projects focusing on strategy, end-to-end management to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Lead and develop methodology to uncover buyer insights towards cluster products in order to identify buyer journey and acquire new buyers 
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimize results
  • Regularly review and analyze key commercial/marketing metrics to develop report, drive continual optimization and improve campaign efficiency
  • Generate team direction and initiatives to improve relevant cluster and platform KPIs 
  • Manage a team under Cluster Merchandising team; create career development path and learning opportunities for team members

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
  • Min 4 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Strong analytics with good data visualization skills
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Detail-oriented, proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, can perform detailed analysis and possesses strong communication skills
  • Self-start, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges 
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
