Job Description:

  •   Responsible for the operational aspects of seller programs, payment, and campaigns, including but not limited to, onboarding sellers on program, tracking payments for campaign packages, etc.
  •   Support and coordinate with other departments on campaign packages, campaign recruitment, and tasks that involve driving seller feature performance
  •   Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns, seller feature initiative and seller program onboarding submission,
  •   Optimize processes and reduce human errors
  •   Liaise with Regional and Product Team for bugs and errors

 

Requirements:

  •   Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
  •   Minimum 3 years of work experience in eCommerce marketing operations is a plus
  •   Highly meticulous
  •   Strong project management and execution abilities
  •   Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  •   Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  •   Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  •   Good command in English
