Job Description:

  • Analyze data, generate insight, and translate them into strategies for livestream team
  • Plan seller incentive programs to increase and sustain seller adoption
  • Monitor junior team members and ensure that the execution tasks are performed smoothly and accurately
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to drive our initiatives and problem-solve issues that could arise
  • Able to plan operation process for junior team members and set up process for efficient workflow

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or any business-related course
  • 4-6 years experience in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analysis, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Has prior and solid experience in account and project management
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and team-player
  • MS Office esp. Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of English
