Job Description:
- Analyze data, generate insight, and translate them into strategies for livestream team
- Plan seller incentive programs to increase and sustain seller adoption
- Monitor junior team members and ensure that the execution tasks are performed smoothly and accurately
- Coordinate with other internal departments to drive our initiatives and problem-solve issues that could arise
- Able to plan operation process for junior team members and set up process for efficient workflow
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or any business-related course
- 4-6 years experience in a marketing-related industry, with experience in data analysis, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Has prior and solid experience in account and project management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and team-player
- MS Office esp. Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of English
