Responsibilities:

  • Performing external market research through desktop research, seller interview, focus group interview to support Ops functions/features to better understand seller behavior and propose solutions to enhance seller experience, eventually increase Shopee sales/ engagement.
  • Designing, inputting, running and analyzing seller surveys
  • Conducting focus group interview and usability testing; ensure high quality of the survey is launched & useful insights are extracted
  • Being able to present insights found from the research study in a visualized and easy to understand format for the seller requirements

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Masters’ Degree; BBA or MBA degree advantageous.
  • Ability to work individually and drive the initiative by himself/herself
  • Ability to identify the right problems and develop a sound hypothesis for the stated problems
  • Creativity thinking is required to be able to design appropriate study method to test the stated hypothesis
  • Ability to come up with the right set of questions for surveys and interviews
  • Strong analysis and synthesis skill are required to extract the right insights and communicate the insights to the end users
  • Strong communication skill for both written and verbal communication; Excellence oral and written communication skill in English
  • Ability to synthesize the findings in a visualized and easy to understand format
  • End-to-end ownership for a project is a must
