Job description

  • Professionally handle high volume of incoming inquiries from sellers (Vietnamese and foreigners) from multiple channels in a timely manner with clear and useful information.
  • Deal with issues related to operating/ system errors that might affect seller experience.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders to regularly update and understand the working process/ new program/ new information.
  • Drive insightful reports to team lead in order to understand practical concerns of sellers.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
  • If deemed fit, job scope can expand to coordinating with stakeholders to analyze problems, find out root causes and propose solutions that effectively recover seller experience.


  • Experienced in Customer Service is a plus.
  • Experienced to work in an advertising platform or having deep understanding about advertising tool/platform is a plus.
  • Can communicate well in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
  • Having good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Hard-working and willing to learn new things.
  • Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (proficiency in Excel is preferred)
