- Professionally handle high volume of incoming inquiries from sellers (Vietnamese and foreigners) from multiple channels in a timely manner with clear and useful information.
- Deal with issues related to operating/ system errors that might affect seller experience.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders to regularly update and understand the working process/ new program/ new information.
- Drive insightful reports to team lead in order to understand practical concerns of sellers.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
- If deemed fit, job scope can expand to coordinating with stakeholders to analyze problems, find out root causes and propose solutions that effectively recover seller experience.
- Experienced in Customer Service is a plus.
- Experienced to work in an advertising platform or having deep understanding about advertising tool/platform is a plus.
- Can communicate well in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
- Having good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Hard-working and willing to learn new things.
- Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (proficiency in Excel is preferred)
