Main responsibilities:

  • Execute our Recruiting systems roadmap forward by building new tools, implementing process improvements, and iterating on current offerings
  • Generate reports and dashboards that can enable Recruitment Team to look at several aspects of the process;
  • Identify themes, trends and issues to generate useful insights and more data-driven decision making for HR;
  • Conceptualize new tools and product improvements for the  ATS;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within HR functions to build data analytics capabilities, conduct feasibility studies;
  • Support key projects/initiatives that are scalable and effective in attracting, engaging and recruiting high quality talent
  • Partner with our HRIS and People Analytics teams to build and deliver all talent acquisition reporting and analytics, ensuring system integrity; establish an ongoing cadence and trend analysis for reporting
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible
  • Document and maintain TA processes, job aids, and revision tracking
  • Assist in branding and social media optimization projects; act as a project management liaison with our key partners to ensure projects stay on track and are completed on schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Recruiting Data Analysis
  • Strong background in data and reporting
  • Advanced English for day-to-day work
  • Ability to manage projects, develop and design HR reports
  • Forward-thinking, creative, and able to challenge assumptions while providing high quality of work, can work independently
