Job Description:

  • Communicate with external customer on dispute & exception handling, problem resolution and continuous improvement
  • Ensure any existing confusion from customer is clarified and effectively follow-up with service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
  • Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with warehouse operational team plan and implement the actions defined for operations excellence (e.g., on-time, on-budget, maintainable, low-defects, etc.)
  • Provide constructive feedback on process & procedures to enhance customer experience


Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette with positive attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc.) and MS.
  • Candidates with experience in customer service or call centre will have an added advantage
  • Role will be based in Shopee Warehouse located in West area
