Job Description:

  • Lead team to manage SIP financial related projects
  • Monitor and create financial metrics to support the business progress
  • Conduct impactful analysis to improve overall financial performance
  • Act as financial/commercial business partner to business functions
  • Work closely with budget owners to support the budget planning process and perform analysis on budget spending
  • Assist senior management team to make strategic decisions
  • Multiple pieces of ad hoc analysis to support various new initiatives


  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable local or overseas university
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Finance BP or strategy domain
  • At least 1 year of team management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and make recommendations to business
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Having SQL and data analysis experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with overseas counterparts
  • Desire to work with ambiguity and passion for problem solving
