Job Description:

  • Benchmarking study & in-depth analysis of competitor apps, routine user/merchant/ driver surveys, and review monitoring & sentiment analysis.
  • Drive improvements to create a delightful customer experience
  • Perform tests to ensure the stability of the platform including identifying common issues, find out the root cause, and report them to the respective teams
  • Work with various teams (e.g. Operations, Product, Business Development, Marketing) to understand user issues/problems and propose suitable solutions
  • Perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure new features are tested properly and meet all user needs.
  • Ensure sellers in the platform adhere to all of Shopee's policies in the marketplace
  • Handle additional duties or project as assigned
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to team leader.


  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Expert in Microsoft office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
  • Systems thinker with ability to understand the holistic picture and complex considerations
  • Good team player with positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure with fast paced environments
  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Previous entrepreneur experience and fluency in Mandarin are pluses
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field
