Job Description:

  • Manage all recruitment channels (e.g. Shopee/SeaMoney career sites, Employee Referral Program, LinkedIn, JobStreet, ATS, recruitment firms etc.) and vendors (e.g. background checks) 
  • Coordinate with regional teams, vendors and other stakeholders on troubleshooting of recruitment tool issues and concerns
  • Partner with Recruitment Leads to establish and track recruitment performance metrics, as well as establish regular recruitment team meeting agenda and content
  • Develop dashboards and drive maintenance and integrity of recruitment-related data
  • Serve as point person for all regular and ad hoc reporting requirements across all recruitment teams  
  • Maintain and update the recruitment team's processes and policies
  • Review and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in developing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics would be advantageous
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen in dealing with vendors and partners
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment with changing circumstances
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and drive results through collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills, hands on, meticulous and pragmatic problem-solver
