Job Description:

  • Co-ordinate and work closely with clients and Shopee’s internal teams in invoicing and contract processes such as but not limited to purchase and payment confirmation, documents issuance, follow-up of pending documents, refining documents, collection, return and refund process handling.
  • Manage confirmation from client payment process and formulate progress report to relevant parties
  • Manage overall receipt/ tax invoice and contractual issuance and submission process
  • Support client pool on documentation issuance and collection


  • Minimum 2 years of work experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, business administration or other related field
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and others
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
  • English language proficiency
