Job Description:

  • Work closely with regional office and local HR functions to produce engaging employer branding content on LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Strategise, plan and create content to post on Facebook and other channels to build a strong employer branding for Shopee Philippines
  • Build and execute social media campaigns through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Manage the Shopee Careers (Philippines) Facebook page
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Provide content writing on other channels e.g. career site, LinkedIn
  • Support Shopee’s recruitment programs e.g. Global Leaders Program, Shopee Apprentice Program, Shopee Code League
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good degree from university/college
  • Excellent command of English editing, spelling, and grammar
  • Experience in writing and editing
  • Able to do end to end social media management (content planning, ideation, until execution, analysis, and reporting)
  • Creative and proactive in updating trends
  • Broad knowledge & network in social media & creatives
  • Detail-oriented and a creative problem solver
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
