Job Description:

  • Work closely with Local Fraud team to build tools and systems to detect fraudulent behaviors and manage team’s productivity
  • Collaborate with Regional Fraud team to gain a deep understanding of fraud systems, feature logics and performance, and identify areas of improvements
  • Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to improve fraud detection and automate internal processes
  • Translate fraud management strategies into detailed requirements using data and work with Product team to deliver the solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

  • (+) Experience working in fraud / risk industry
