Job Description

  • Monitor performance for communications initiatives and BAU cycles
  • Review, proofread, and copy-edit output submitted by junior team members
  • Facilitate smoother communication and process flow between the Content Team and Requestors
  • Analyze performance data to see how improvements can be made to current/upcoming initiatives
  • Ensure that the user journey for content to be published has a logical flow and takes the user experience into account
  • Ensure that deliverables are submitted/published on time


  • Min. 5 years of writing experience as a copywriter or related role
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, English Studies, Advertising, Business Administration, or relevant fields
  • Excellent command of English and Filipino (editing, spelling, and grammar). Mandarin is a plus.
  • Meticulous and highly attentive to details
  • Ability to create performance reports for communications initiatives and familiarity with engagement metrics
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and well-organized
  • Fast learner and a hands-on executer with a positive attitude
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage workloads effectively
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress, and email marketing platforms (i.e. Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization writing techniques and some practical knowledge of marketing best practices related to SEO and CRM is a plus
