Job Description:

  • Works to support the company's policies , aligning law and regulation on product listing including  effect on monetary and internal process.
  • Cooperate with other departments and communicate new listing policy and consider effects to stakeholders
  • Coordinate researches and provide in-depth analysis to improve product search accuracy and increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Works with entities to get insight , identify risks, raise issue and apply with changing policy.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Regional department. (English)
  • Create long term budget forecast, mid-range, short term and intraday forecasting
  • Support business decisions through the preparation of timely and accurate variable forecasts in a high volume center, with specific focus on improving the customer experience and maximizing operational efficiencies
  • Responsible in defining KPIs per function in Operations Identify the leading and lagging indicators of the end-to-end process in the organization
  • Review existing KPIs and standardize based on alignment with Regional and local need
  • Facilitate planning discussions for business goal settings Collaborate with stakeholders in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing performance
  • Generate new ideas for process improvement initiatives Set up visual management boards and monitor its functionality across teams


  • Previous BPO management experience
  • Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with advanced formula application and database software (Advanced Excel and Google Sheets) experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good written communication skills
  • Team oriented and results driven
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Demonstrates complex problems solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
