Stakeholders Management (Internal & External)

  • Handle escalation between Chat Agents to Sellers
  • Liaise and coordinate with Key Account Manager, in order to improve seller's service performance
  • Submit report to superiors, provide accurate information based on needs and further use
  • Alignment with regional team for any new initiative/improvement project and process to be implemented in ID operation


  • Translating information from buyer/seller response received in MAN to ID and vice versa, and follow up cases in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ad Hoc translation projects: product title/description, seller newsletter, campaign promotional message, etc



  • Bachelor's degree from any background
  • Strong fluency in Mandarin (both verbal & written), preferably have HSK certification (min. score 4)
  • Fond working in English-speaking environment
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
  • Possess strong skills in: communication, analyzing information, adapting, customer servicing, and translating
  • Open for weekend schedule assignment
