Job Description:

  • Plans/strategizes for and manages marketing campaigns
  • Helps Campaigns Execution members with the fulfillment of their roles and responsibilities, with guidance from their own managers
  • Responsible for achieving all project KPIs and targets
  • Oversees smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  • Regularly reviews analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance
  • Recalibrates campaigns and/or innovates entirely new campaign concepts based on project performance and all available data
  • Drives continual optimization of the project and the team
  • Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Social Media, Brand Marketing, Business Development, Design, and Operations


  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
  • At least 4 years of work experience. People management experience will be a bonus
  • Prior experience in Fintech, e-wallets, telco, eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Displays ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes
  • Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
  • Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves
  • Capable of big-picture thinking while being attentive to details
