Job Description

  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and interpret data, execute analysis and present findings and strategic recommendations to key decision makers
  • Plan, execute, monitor and optimize initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with category managers in identifying root cause of operational issues and category constraint for the specific category
  • Develop performance dashboard to illustrate the performance and present the key insights with initiative to management
  • Able to solve unexpected conflicts, issues independently
  • Set key indicators to assess results of key initiativesical and structural thinking to optimize working process by identifying potential pain points and proposing creative solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in business, science or engineering
  • 1-3 years of experiences in management consulting, investment banking or technology firms
  • Highly driven individual who cherish ownership and responsibilities
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Good at execution and project management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
