Job Description:
  • Manage and develop the Return & Refund and Customer Service portfolios for Shopee’s Cross Border business
  • Understand current business processes and their limitations for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with various cross-functional teams to execute improvements and initiatives at scale
  • Track key metrics, engage relevant stakeholders, and introduce initiatives to drive change; develop and implement best practices/SOPs across the region
  • Deep dive into various business challenges, develop solutions and see through the implementation

 

Requirements:

  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Possess strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Experience in SQL and data tables
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
