Job Description: 

  • Build a sustainable and scalable global return policy
  • Build end to end return process globally, coordinate with logistics teams on international reverse logistics set up for sellers in various regions, oversee warehouse ops across regions, etc. 
  • Analyze KPI performances and processes, identify opportunities and business gaps
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and teams across different countries in Asia/LATAM, join them and lead them for improvement implementation
  • Initiate programs/tools to improve process efficiency, data visibility/accuracy, pilot them with Operations, and roll them out across all regions
  • Receive feedback from different stakeholders for continuous improvement and resolve escalated issues

Requirements:

  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Strong ability to manage and groom a dynamic team
  • Possess the ability to analytically identify root cause based on data and process observation
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
