Job Description:

  • Project manage end-to-end implementation of HR systems and platforms, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, design review, data migration to preparation of transition plans
  • Understand business requirements, provide consultation, co-create and implement solutions that meet objectives
  • Ensure strong synergy between HR systems, business objectives and processes
  • Able to set a clear timeline and track the progress of the projects proactively, to provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Drive HR solutions projects to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met within timelines
  • Work collaboratively across internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes
  • Familiar with writing business blueprints, project plans and reviewing project deliverables
  • Create training guides, videos and manuals for users and conduct training sessions to prepare users for the future
  • Leverage technology to uplift business capability, drive operational excellence and deliver a great user experience
  • Understand the current systems’ capabilities, limitations and drive continuous feature enhancements

Requirements:

  • Good university background
  • Minimally 3 years of project management experience
  • Agile, adaptable, resourceful and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Good communication, time management, stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Good understanding of HR function, HR solutioning and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize those tasks to meet deadlines
