Job description:

  • Develop outlook projections and overall planning across Cross Border origins, markets and functions, and track strategic initiatives for the Cross Border business
  • Carry out competitor intelligence studies, including topline benchmarking and analyzing competitor initiatives in areas such as logistics, warehouse, product, brands, focus sellers, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global E-commerce trends to identify growth opportunities for the Cross Border business
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision making
  • Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimize existing practices
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the Cross Border business, including the Seller Management teams based in various countries, Regional function teams and Local Teams 
  • Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Possess strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
