Job description:

  • Regionally design, launch, execute, track and optimize seller programs to help Cross Border sellers grow across local markets in SEA/LATAM
  • Drive adoption of seller programs by Cross Border sellers in order to push various initiatives such as grooming top brands and focus sellers, adoption of seller features, helping sellers grow by optimizing the rate table they adopt to reduce logistics cost, increasing revenue, etc.
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate senior leadership decision making
  • Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimize existing practices
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the Cross Border business, including the Seller Management teams based in various countries, Regional function teams and Local Teams 
  • Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 7 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Strong ability to manage and groom a young and dynamic team
  • Possess strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
