Job description:

  • Define, implement and execute business development growth projects for Cross Border sellers in Singapore (including Seller Programs, Warehouse, Operations, Marketing etc.)
  • Conduct business analysis and performance reporting of projects/categories to facilitate senior leadership decision making
  • Initiate and spearhead internal projects to optimize existing practices
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis and have deep understanding in market landscape, user behaviors, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop and implement the growth strategy for the Cross Border business, including the Seller Management teams based in various countries, Regional function teams and Local Teams 
  • Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and local teams

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 7 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Strong ability to manage and groom a young and dynamic team
  • Possess strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
  • Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
  • Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
