Job Description:

  • Ensuring continuous creative improvement for Outbound process through problem identification and problem analysis
  • Monitor and improve productivity for all function of Outbound team
  • Manage, study and understand system for existing and new outbound functions and able to be a mentor for team member
  • Create work plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
  • Prepare monthly, daily reports, outbound issues, etc.
  • Plan and communicate between the department and other related units
  • Monitor and improve the productivity for all functions of the outbound team
  • Set working process for zero damage, defect and wrong outbound
  • Manage day-to-day order receiving in FMS with on time operation and accuracy
  • Manage overall problems occur; responsible for the cross-communication between shifts, departments
  • Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements be good for the company
  • Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for the effective performance of activities and respond to fluctuating workloads, anticipating variances in staff and volume
  • Resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances when possible for resolution
  • To perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
     

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
  • At least 3 years of working experience for Inventory management (e-commerce is highly preferred)
  • Experience in Outbound will be advantage
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Problem solving skills and Conflict management
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work on shift and day-off when required
  • Data analysis skill, Data management and analytical presentation
