Job Description:

  • Work across functional teams to handle new initiatives / projects / business objectives
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements and risks, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Develop data-backed business strategies and support the business teams in executing the strategies
  • Prepare compelling documents and reports to senior management
  • Develop action plan and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure project stay on track
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Key focal point for all project related communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • High exposure to Operations and Country Heads


  • Strong years of experience in a data driven role in tech industry / management consulting
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills. Python, R, SQL is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business
  • Project management experience
  • Advanced English
