Job Description

  • Define, implement and execute the growth strategy for the Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) business
  • Train and manage a team of FBS to help grow and manage portfolio of merchants. This will continue to grow as the Warehouse business grows
  • Retain and optimize seller relationships to drive overall volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category
  • Carry out analysis & survey to better understand Sellers requirements and behavior
  • Identify, establish and grow for Shopee Warehouse order volume
  • Work closely with cross department to implement initiatives regarding to Fulfillment by Shopee as well as deliver the task assigned by managers


  • Ideally more than 3 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
  • Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
  • Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Driven and motivated
  • Previous management and leadership experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication capability
  • Excellent English communication
  • Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Have passion in eCommerce industry
