- Develop a deep understanding of our sellers via interaction with local teams and sellers.
- Support the roll-out of initiatives on the platform through means of internal feature testing and external communication
- Build, manage and maintain internal knowledge base
- Consolidate data from various user touchpoints to gather insight on educational gaps to fill
- Conceptualize new tools and product improvements for sellers; collaborate with the Product team to translate these into business requirements and launch new products
- Track KPIs and report on operational performance
- Good problem-solving skills - able to break down problems, draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions.
- Strong written/verbal communication and slide writing skills
- Data driven and detail oriented
- Able to review processes and recommend improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tool
- Good knowledge of SQL is highly desirable
