Job Description
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sellers via interaction with local teams and sellers.
  • Support the roll-out of initiatives on the platform through means of internal feature testing and external communication
  • Build, manage and maintain internal knowledge base
  • Consolidate data from various user touchpoints to gather insight on educational gaps to fill
  • Conceptualize new tools and product improvements for sellers; collaborate with the Product team to translate these into business requirements and launch new products
  • Track KPIs and report on operational performance

Requirements
  • Good problem-solving skills - able to break down problems, draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and slide writing skills
  • Data driven and detail oriented
  • Able to review processes and recommend improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tool  
  • Good knowledge of SQL is highly desirable
