Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Involve in gathering requirements, developing strategy, and pushing adoption for seller's shop management solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the shop management solutions and provide necessary quick fix before proper resolution deployed
  • Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects in tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
  • Lead and execute ad-hoc projects related to seller operations

Seller Transformation

  • Analyse seller performance metrics to identify and understand any issues related to their shops operations
  • Design and communicate solutions to optimize seller performance and solve their operational issues
  • Track seller performance improvement and evaluate effectiveness of solutions provided

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least bachelor's degree from reputable university
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (strong project background), coming from FMCG, consulting, or eCommerce
  • Fond working in full English-speaking environment
  • Strong skills in analytical and numerical (metrics-driven), stakeholder management, and project management
