Job Description:

  • Assist stakeholders across all regions with budget control and system-related issues; manage and prioritize user requests based on business needs
  • Assist on the data / report consolidation process
  • Support the team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are executed timely and effectively
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Minimum diploma holder
  • Highly meticulous and pay attention to details; able to identify issues/anomaly in data
  • Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table)
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Strong communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Able to adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
