Job Description:

  • Strategize and design the year’s event calendar to ensure high-impact employee engagement through creative programmes, ensuring high retention rates;
  • Drive and maintain the stronger internal relationship among employees, departments and organization, promoting excellent employee experience;
  • Strategize and execute initiatives that will promote Inclusion & Diversity in our workplace;
  • Work across with Regional Engagement team and with Local Top Management to implement and drive all culture related activities, such as Feedback & Recognition Culture initiatives;
  • Responsable for conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of employee programs that will promote good health and fun working atmosphere, such as Team Building, Wellbeing and Work Life Balance initiatives;
  • Measure, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of these engagement initiatives through employee feedback;
  • Execute the action plan designed to solve the employee experience issues after pulse check survey analysis;
  • Proactively work with the business to understand their needs and provide necessary support;
  • Work closely with other departments in the selection, assessment, and procurement of vendors that will be used for the events;

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Fluent English ;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with Organization Culture, Employee Experience and Employee Engagement; 
  • Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills;
  • Organised, meticulous, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
