Job Description:

  • Develop brand strategies, promote brand growth and expansion, implement brand plans 
  • Develop insights-led and data-driven campaigns
  • Create and manage offline marketing programs and campaigns - with particular expertise on the FTA television landscape in PH
  • Manage projects and deliver large scale 360 projects that involve television networks, media agency, and internal team coordination
  • Innovate and launch O2O campaigns that involve driving an offline audience to online purchasing behaviour
  • Hire, train, and manage brand marketing team members across strategy, project management, execution, and analytics verticals
  • Launch new campaigns, optimize current campaign and audiences, whilst creating new targeting groups across all markets
  • Creates top-to-bottom marketing funnel: from brand awareness to lead generation to acquisition
  • Manage cross-functional tasks in delivering campaigns
  • Ability to define campaign look-and-feel across all channels
  • Has a clear understanding of consumer behavior drivers
  • Analyzes performance and execution of marketing campaigns, provide key learnings and recommendations that will improve the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • With at least 7 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Experienced in people management, with at least 5 years as a direct line manager with at least 8-10 reports
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Data driven and analytical 
  • Up to date with market trends and competitive activity 
  • Adept in PH media landscape
