Human Resources Administrator

Job Description:

  • Handle HR administration
  • Control and management of benefits policy and vendors
  • Handle employee on-boarding process
  • Update HRIS & employee database
  • Any HR-related inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • +2 years experience in handling HR-related matters
  • Able to work meticulously, under pressure; Organized & detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn new skills and to adapt
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English to work with local and overseas teams. At first, English will be the main working language
  • Advanced Excel is a must
