ob Description:

  • Build and maintain relationships of key brands’ decision makers in cluster
  • Lead initiatives for cluster brands growth strategies 
  • Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Managers comprising of approximately 3-8 members
  • Drive performance of all BKAMs within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
  • Ideally 5-8 years of working experience preferably in consulting, business development, experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Previous management and leadership experience, pre-existing relationship with brands’ key decision makers is a plus 
  • Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
