Job Description:

  • Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees, also creating talent pool in the field, especially company’s industry
  • Keeping track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
  • Proceeding and supporting with the identification of potential candidates through interview processing
  • Updating information about recruitment trend, techniques to propose an improvement for the recruiting process
  • Involving other employment branding activities for both internal and external connecting
  • In charge of other admin jobs: job ads writing, data update in HR system
  • Acting as in-house consultant for other departments in manpower issues

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience, with rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources of recruiting is a big plus.
  • Good knowledge at internal recruitment process
  • Strong at communication and negotiation skills (in both written and verbal), detailed oriented, positive thinking and good at work ethic
