Job Description:

  • Coordinates with People Team's Center of Excellence PICs to resolve various employee concerns
  • Tracks and ensures completion of onboarding (mandatory declarations, training programs, travel certifications, temporary IDs) & offboarding (clearance completion and returning of assets) essentials and benefits (leaves, HMO coverage, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Sends regular reminders and tracks completion of performance appraisals, regularization letters, pulse check survey, offboarding clearance, and team building utilization
  • Maintains and updates database of active work locations and contact persons
  • Assists with execution of employee engagement initiatives for assigned teams including quarterly team building and campaign support
  • Assists with implementation of new and ongoing business initiatives, as needed
  • Maintains open communication channels with stakeholders and be willing to cater to urgent employee requests potentially outside regular working hours

Requirements:

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Prior general working experience in HR is an advantage
  • Great team player and works well with others
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
  • Operates with a high degree of integrity and stellar work ethics
  • Capability to work in a multicultural environment is a must
