Job Description:

  • Design, develop and implement operational metrics and analytics for HR
  • Generate reports and dashboards that can enable HR to look at several aspects of employee behaviours such as attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, engagement, etc
  • Identify themes, trends and issues to generate useful insights and more data-driven decision making for HR
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
  • Conceptualize new tools and product improvements for HR systems
  • Collaborate with the Product team to translate these into business requirements and launch new initiatives within HR functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within HR functions to build data analytics capabilities, conduct feasibility studies
  • Project manage the roll-out and adoption of initiatives, including coordinating, testing, reporting and tracking of impact
  • Devise methods and strategies to obtain and extract data to derive human capital related insights

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business / Data Analytics, Business, Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 5 years of business analytics and/or data analytics
  • At least 2 years of experience in Python
  • Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
  • Experience of Data Management Solutions and Data Warehouse Management
  • Experience and knowledge of analytical and statistical modelling techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analysing data, regression (multiple, logistic, log-linear), neural network, decision tree, variable selection, etc
  • Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions
  • Able to independently lead and drive projects, including managing various stakeholders
  • Strong evidence of leadership qualities and ability to deliver excellent results from relevant work experiences
  • Experience in HR-related topics, research, data, metrics and analysis preferred
