SHOP MANAGEMENT (FMCG)

Job Description:

  • Maintain the daily operations of Shopee Fresh Shop
  • Overall in-charge of shop performance including but not limited to: SKU list in, Promotions and Shop banner setting, Response time, return and refund % Out of Stock (NFR) and on time delivery (LSR), Sales
  • Coordinate with Marketing team and Key Account Managers (KAMs) on the exposures of Fresh Shop
  • Ensure on time stock availability to support category growth
  • Coordinate with Marketing, and Key Account Managers regarding strategic and operational approach for managed shops
  • Ensure vendors and KAMs fulfill orders within the set time period
  • Observe and solve the issues related but not limited to: seller compliance to Shopee standards, packaging guidelines, inventory, operational flow challenges, etc.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office to analyze and present metrics and KPIs
  • Working knowledge of VBA and Excel Macros is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to work with other departments, understand their processes and their constraints
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
