Job description:

  • Develop strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the compensation and benefits initiatives in across the region
  • Prepare communication toolkit and deliver effective communications on compensation and benefits policies and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives and its related communications efforts by analysing data and feedback and develop continuous improvement actions
  • Review compensation and benefits policies and plans, ensuring that it is competitive and on top of market trends while maintaining internal equity and compliance
  • Manage salary benchmarking and proposal, compensation analysis, annual increment and bonus, long term and short term incentives, job grading, etc
  • Work closely with business leaders, HRBPs and multiple stakeholders, including senior management to manage compensation and benefit projects end-to-end
  • Research industry best practices and synthesise data to assess feasibility of proposed compensation and benefits projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with min. 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies and people initiatives are a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Analytical with strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups including senior management
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
