Job Description:

  • Will be involved in supporting all administrative, coordination and liaison duties for the Regional Strategic Talent Management Team
  • Maintenance and scheduling of upcoming events for senior stakeholders' calendars
  • Take charge of the logistical and operational preparation for events
  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the hiring manager and team

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Open to repetitive work, able to meet tight deadlines with high quality output
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Able to adapt, prioritise and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
  • Enthusiastic team player who is inquisitive and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Google products (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms etc)
  • Experienced in organising events involving both internal and external stakeholders preferably
