Job Description

  • Create and provide timely reports and unearth actionable insights & suggestions from data
  • Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of different campaign mechanics, and propose optimization initiatives based upon data analysis
  • Assist in overall operational execution of campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources, and create effective internal working process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, incl. marketing, sales, BI, etc. to implement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
  • With 1-2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior analytical capabilities
  • Comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Google suite
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptability and is flexible to the pace of the industry
  • Organized and has good project management skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and good team player; demonstrated ability to function independently and in team environment
  • Hardworking, curious and willing to learn
