Job responsibility

  •  Manage P&L, budget planning and ensure that budgets are under control
  • Forecasting, analyzing and providing consultation and solution to team.
  • Working closely with the HR and management team to recruit staff following strategy (Existing and Expanding shop)
  • Communicate internal to align goal and objective.
  • Evaluate key performance and report with analyst data regarding to retails shop management.
  • Optimize and oversee overall operations to ensure all shop are meet objective.


  • At least bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to travelling within assigned area.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a business and a P&L is preferred.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
