- Manage P&L, budget planning and ensure that budgets are under control
- Forecasting, analyzing and providing consultation and solution to team.
- Working closely with the HR and management team to recruit staff following strategy (Existing and Expanding shop)
- Communicate internal to align goal and objective.
- Evaluate key performance and report with analyst data regarding to retails shop management.
- Optimize and oversee overall operations to ensure all shop are meet objective.
- At least bachelor's degree in any field.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to travelling within assigned area.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing a business and a P&L is preferred.
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
